I’m Ifebusola Shotunde (B. 1995, Nigeria). I am an independent visual artist working and living in Lagos, Nigeria. I have a background in Business Administration & Management. I have been practicing photography since 2014. My work focuses on documenting the places and people I encounter on my life’s journey. I have a keen interest in the human mind and exploring ways to build stronger relationships amongst humans. Growing up in Nigeria has taught me the power of storytelling just by listening to the news from media houses (often manipulated by the government) and having first hand experiences of the actual struggles of Nigerians. I’ve decided to dedicate my time towards educating people on the power & importance of self expression & image making. I believe strongly in story telling and the sharing of experiences and knowledge as a means to making life simpler for myself and the people I encounter.
